COVID-19 Reopening General Rules

Per government regulations, our waiting area is temporarily closed. Only guests with appointments can be inside the salon. No friends, parents or significant others are allowed to wait during your service. Likewise, you cannot wait for other clients. You can only be in the salon during your service time.

As of August 27th 2021, all clients should arrive wearing a mask per the new city of Boston guidelines. Please wear a mask that goes over your ears and not around the back of your head, so we can safely work with your hair. Please make sure you wear a mask that you are not afraid to get damaged during any hair service. Disposable masks will be available for you as a back-up option.

We will be servicing pre-booked appointments only and will not be accepting walk-ins at this time.

No coffee, tea, water or magazines will be available at this time.

Touchless payments are preferred, either by credit card on file or Apple pay.

For the time being, gratuities are preferred by Venmo or CashApp.

Please stay home if exhibiting signs of Covid-19.

The New Guest Experience

Please sanitize your hands upon entering the salon using our touchless sanitizer station near the front desk.

We can provide an Extology 1oz hand sanitizer bottle with 62% alcohol upon request, that you can use for the duration of your appointment. Additional sanitizers are available for purchase if you’d like to take some home with you (limit 2 per client).

Please stay in your assigned chair/station throughout your services, unless otherwise instructed.

When not in your assigned chair please follow the marked signs and keep 6 feet between you and others.

What We Are Doing To Keep You Safe

Each station is more than 6ft apart, with newly installed barriers between each of the chairs/stations.

Each station has an air purifier with two H13 HEPA filters on each side, that cover approximately 500sq ft of space, and one air purifier at the front desk area for a total of 30,000sq ft of coverage (Our salon is about 1,200 sq. ft). We ask that you bring something warm to wear, it might get a little chilly in the salon with all the air purifiers on at the same time.

All of our stylist will be wearing masks and will be changing to a fresh and clean stylist smock between each client.

All tools will be properly sanitized using salon grade tool disinfectant, and then placed into a UV-C light machine for additional safety.

We will continue to clean, disinfect and sanitize high traffic areas and touch points throughout the day (such as door handles, light switches, keyboards, credit card machine), and we will disinfect stations between each client with industrial grade IPA concentrated rubbing alcohol and Barbicide.

For your services we will provide each guest with

Clean, sanitized robe and cape, both in a disposable sealed bag.

A clean and sanitized bin containing clean and sanitized tools (combs, clips, brushes etc.) inside individual disposable sealed bags.

Touchless sanitizer dispenser near the entrance of the salon.

Touchless restroom light switch.

Touchless restroom soap dispenser.

Current Service Limitations

No children that require parent supervision.

No beard or facial hair services of any kind.

Important For Everyone’s Safety

If you exhibit symptoms within 3 weeks after your appointment, please contact as required by the new government guidelines.


Walk-ins are temporarily paused. However, we recommend that you schedule your hair service appointment 3 to 5 weeks in advance to ensure a date and time best suited for you. You can request your appointments online. We require a credit card at the time your reservation to book all appointments. Our prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Any appointments scheduled for 5 hours or more require a 72 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Any appointments that are 3 to 5 hours require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Any appointments that are less than 3 hours long require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. We require a credit card at the time your reservation is made to secure all appointments.

Late cancellations or changes will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 4 hours in advance, non-cancellations or “No-Shows” will be charged the full price of the original service scheduled. Clients who cancel or “No Show” to appointments may be asked to prepay future services.

Late Arrival Policy

If for any reason you are expecting to be more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, please call us! 857.265.3385. We will do our very best to accommodate you.

We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each hair service.  Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled for that day.  Please note, in the unfortunate event that you are late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Late arrival may require rescheduling your appointment for another date and time, and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.

For hair extensions service appointments (other than consultations), you will be charged $50 fee for every 15 minutes that you are late.


We accept cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards.

Gift Cards

Sharing is caring! Want to share your experience with your friends or family? Gift cards may be purchased for any dollar amount. They are good towards any hair service or purchase of products. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

Third Party Gift Cards

We are happy to accept prepaid debit/gift cards as payment, but we can only accept one card per visit/transaction.


Gratuities are not included in the price of our services. At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by our stylists. Gratuity envelopes are available upon check out. The industry standard ranges from 15% to 20% of the service fee. Gratuities can not be added to credit card payments.

Return Policy

Unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Opened merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Gift cards and services are non-refundable.


In accordance with Massachusetts Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, no animals or pets can be allowed in a salon, with the exception of trained animals to assist the hearing impaired, visually impaired, or the physically disabled.


We know you’re crazy about your kids. And we know that finding time to yourself in your crazy-busy day can be next-level-insanity. But our salon is far from babyproofed (scissors! hot tools! tables with sharp corners!), so for your little ones’ safety, your peace of mind, and we kindly ask all mamas (and papas!) to follow the following kid-tested, stylist-approved rules:
  • No unsupervised kiddos under age 12 in the salon. (And no, none of our staff can babysit, as much as we’d like to!)
  • If you have to bring your kids along, please bring an additional adult to watch them.
  • No babes in your lap while you’re getting your haircut. (They’ll hate being covered in hair!)
